Cranfield Aviation Training is a leading Aviation Training School in South Africa, registered and accredited with the South African Civil Aviation Authority. Cranfield is a registered (Pty) Ltd company with two shareholders; Mrs AC Tebbit and Mrs DC Ward. The company commenced business in 1999 after accreditation by the SACAA to provide a variety of aviation related training programs.
The company employs 6 Administrative staff members and 22 Instructors and Designated Examiners. Cranfield conducts training for a variety of Operators and provides independent training of a world class standard on the African continent.

Joint Venture with H2Air
Cranfield have recently signed a Joint Venture with H2Air in Luanda, Angola, to offer training courses at their facility in Luanda. H2Air is a new training organisation in Angola, offering all Cranfield subjects, together with English Proficiency testing. All Cranfield courses run in Angola are given by Cranfield instructors, approved by both the Angolan Civil Aviation INAVIC, and the South African Civil Aviation Authority.
