Cabin Crew Type Ratings

For the purpose of the practical component of this training, Operators requiring this training will need to:

  1. Ensure that the appropriate aircraft is available for the training
  2. That the LOPA (Layout Plan of the Aircraft) is available to the ATO
  3. That the aircraft being used for training is in a fully serviceable condition.

The following Flight Attendant Type Ratings are currently offered by Cranfield:

  •     B737-200
  •     DC9
  •     SAAB 340
  •     ATR 42
  1. SAAB 340 / ATR42 - 2 day course @ R1,400:
    • Minimum of four delegates
    • Please contact us for course dates
  2. B737-200 / DC-9 - 3 day course @ R2,100:
    • Minimum of four delegates
    • Please contact us for course dates
