This course is designed to give you the necessary information to effectively carry out the functions of a Quality Assurance Practitioner. Having completed this course you will have a thorough knowledge of the principles of Quality Management within the aviation environment.

The quality assurance course covers:

principles of Quality Management within the aviation environment
preparation and content of the Quality Manual
ensuring all management procedures are in place and that they are being applied.

There will be a group activity as well as a mastery test at the conclusion of the course for which you are expected to attain a minimum of 75%.
